Korte Beroepsopleidingen in bewegen en sport meditatie
Onder vindt je een Engelstalig overzicht van de 30+ IOC Daoland fasttrack beroepsopleidingen. Al de modules hebben een zelfde structuur:
Sommige modules kunnen dmv video streaming aangeleerd worden. Ze bestaan uit meestal 30 contact uren, elke dag tenminste 1 uur zelfstandig oefenen gedurende drie tot 6 maanden, examen theorie en praktijk, stage met tenminste 3 tussentijdse verslagen (4 pagina’s) op elke tien gegeven lessen, einde-paper van tenminste 10 pagina’s en toegevoegd de verslagen en verslag conclusies, een kopie van de folder die je gemaakt hebt, een overzicht van in komsten en uitgaven, wat je gedaan het voor werving.
Wat doe je voor een verslag? Je schrijft op wat je gedaan hebt, hoeveel mensen er waren, en hoeveel continuïteit er in de klas was. Je relateert wat je doet aan de theorie die je geleerd hebt van het IOC en je mag daar iets aan toevoegen uit andere bronnen ter vergelijking. Kijk en schrijf zelf-kritisch. Begin je stage voor te bereiden als je met de module begint. Doe mee, mis geen klassen. Voor elke inhaal klas betaal je 90 euro extra. Zonde van je geld. Chinese geneeskundige theorie streeft naar duurzaamheid en spaarzaamheid.
Wat zit er in een module? Wat je leert qua module is steeds een vergelijkbare hoeveelheid belasting aan oefeningen. Maar het aantal oefeningen is steeds anders, en zelfs de opzet van te geven klassen is vaak anders. Ze geven veel ruimte voor aanpassing. Er wordt je geleerd welk onderdeel van Chinese geneeskunde qua anatomie en fysiologie relevant is en een indicatie van relevante westerse anatomie en fysiologie. Pathologie ontbreekt omdat het geen behandelpraktijk is maar een gezondheid bevorderend programma. Alle oefeningen worden kort besproken om de herkenning tijdens oefenen te vergroten. Als je klas geeft doen mensen met je mee, maar je bent niet hun leraar. De verhouding instructeur en deelnemer is die van gelijkwaardigheid. Mocht iemand geïnteresseerd zijn om zelf instructeur te worden dan verwijs je ze naar dit programma. Dan wordt je hun mentor en help je ze slagen door opnieuw jouw ervaring te delen. Zo begin je samen een netwerk op te bouwen om anderen te helpen. Ben je vaak mentor, dan kom je in gratis aanmerking op instructeur opleider te worden en ontvang je een prestatie contract.
Zijn er nascholingen nodig? Ja die zijn nodig. Het kennisniveau van de modules veranderd van jaar na jaar, en om bij te blijven en om je senioriteit te laten gelden.

Wudang Fitness I

Wudang fitness II
Fitness is also becoming strong, not in the sense that you develop big muscles, but in the sense that you can coordinate body-movement within the right construction of the body to be able to use your whole body. Whereas in WF I the movements are fast and used with breathing, in WF II the movements are very often extremely slow, to investigate all the forces from within and outside that influence our bodily strength.
Wudang fitness III standing polestick and IV planking
Wudang fitness III and IV again emphasises strength but this time in yet another way. Through a series of standing exercises you learn to change the functionality/physiology of your muscles in III. In IV you learn to gain superstrenght in neck, trunk and hips without giving up your stretch. These both are long term endurance programs that have no comparison in western sports. This results in a more efficient way of muscle use and strength. The exercises are mostly know from one famous exercise called embracing the tree, but this is only one of a whole method for health and posture improvement.
Wudang Breathing Yoga I
Ordinary hatha yoga’s focus strongly on stretch en torsion and uses breathing mostly to allow you to relax and stretch in the used muscle groups. Wudang Breathing Yoga uses breath to investigate the whole of the internal tissues of your body, to soften them and to strengthen them. At the same time Wudang Breathing Yoga helps you to lift up your sense experiences towards a higher comfort level during the generation of higher stress levels to your body. The muscles and joints as well as the mind are this way optimally conditioned for stress resilience and strength development. Think about the kickbacks that will bring in your daily living!
Wudang breathing Yoga II
In Wudang breathing yoga two the results of Wudang breathing yoga I are taken further to develop. From the breathing is in the openness of the body the right condition created for the small circulation and the development of qi, which in further exercises is used to enhance the body and mind even more. Wudang breathing yoga II thus is more alchemical in nature.
Bamboo formula Qigong
This gentle and quiet form of fitness uses breathing and rhythmic movement according to an easy to learn formula, which teaches how to directly release superfluous tensions. From this process a natural suppleness and fitness will develop that cannot be obtained in ordinary aerobic sports. Because the prime target is the procurement of health and vitality, it is suitable for people with lots of sports experience, but also for people recovering from weakness, disease, subjected to mood swings, stress or back and joint pains. This form is specially directed towards general vitalisation and is a superior addition to every treatment method or sport program. It harmonizes to make the inner and outer person with each other and develops a radiation of elegance.
Wudang Taiji 13 form
In the Wudang mountains Taijiquan was developed as health-practice as well as fighting art. The Wudang 13 form has all the elements of traditional Wudang Taijiquan. This short form can give the student insight in the principles of taijiquan. Perfect as a beginning in Taiji but also as a complement if you already practice Taiji.
Wudang Taiji course III, applications Wudang 13 （new module）
For those who want to know more about the Taiji 13 form we have developed this course in applications. With this added module you will be able to create a more complete instructor-program. Wudang Taiji 13 for and Wudang Taiji II, Zhan Zhuang are required before you can participate.
Daoist Self massage Qigong
In Daoist thought self-cultivation plays an important role. Self-cultivation means bringing yourself into a perfect condition, be it physically, mentally, emotionally or morally. Take good care of yourself so as to be able to take good care of others. In this course you will learn three methods of traditional self-massage which you can instruct to others. The self-massage leads to a feeling of comfort and vitality.
Long form Gongfu Instructor I, II, III (3 courses)
Gongfu is traditionally learned to children and adults to become healthy and strong. It is not healthy for children to learn Taiji at a young age, so they start with this and gradually develop towards Taiji. This method consists of exercises and of a short form, there are three levels, for each a different course. It is ideal for teaching to children. They learn discipline and enjoyment in movement. But also adults enjoy the method.
Meditation becomes more and more popular. But there are many different ways and methods. This course learns you to help people make a choice by giving background and examples on meditation and aspects that are important in meditation, like for instance the sitting position, the hand position , focused or non-focussed, guided or not guided, emptying and reconstructing the mind. So you finalize with a good grasp of goals and methods of meditation to help others succesfully meditate and plan ahead for their future.
Daoist Circulation and Chakra Meditation （new module）
In this course as an add on to the course of meditation instructor you learn about aspects of esoteric anatomy and hlow to apply this in meditation, you learn to practice this. The practices are non modernized skills that origin at Wudang Daoism. They are at the core of daoist physiological skills to control aspects of the interior body.
Daoist Tantra meditation and practice （new module）
It took many years to decide on the what and how of this module. The module wants you to set up tantric self practice and how to choose partners. On the basis of this program you can offer tantric counseling to others in accord with your personal goals. Besides sexuality, Daoist Tantra also includes sleeping and resting behavior, exercising smell and touch as a form of empowerment
Daoist use of the Yijing （new module）
On the basis of the IOC Daoist Ritual of Heaven textbook about the yijing, the book of exchanges. You learn to investigate and apply Yijing in your life and to help others counsel life choices. The yijing is a set of diagrams that explain yin and yang, wuxing and the nature of interactions between people, events and the greater Dao of Heaven.
Introduction to the science of Fengshui （new module）
This module takes you in the wonder of applied environmental science according to daoist views on reality. The different approaches in Fengshui will be discussed but the focus will be on intuitive school. It will also prepare you for performing Daoist and Fengshui rituals. When you have completed the course you will be able to advice people on the basis of getting to know them and their environment. The course is perfect for an activism based lifestyle because it helps classifying the world and its parts in accord with the flows of water and the winds in larger and smaller quantity.
